Clearcreek Township
Sealed Bids for General Trades will be received by Clearcreek Township Trustees, 11060 MainStreet, Stoutsville, OH 43154, for the construction of a Salt Storage Bin at the same address. Two separate bids will be accepted. The first bid is for the foundation and stem walls, with an option for the floor slab. The second bid will be for the shell structure. Bids will be received until 6 p.m. on July 1, 2026.

Brian Thaxton
Brian Thaxton became a trustee for Clearcreek Township in March 2024. He is a 1991 graduate of Amanda Clearcreek High School and has been a resident of Clearcreek Township for over 25 years. Brian is a retired Lieutenant Firefighter/EMT for Amanda Township Fire Department and owned and operated Thaxton Drywall. He also worked as a lineman for over 10 years at Treton, Inc. He is currently employed at the Fairfield County Engineer Department.

Tim Cordle
Tim is a 1994 graduate of Amanda Clearcreek and a local businessman who has been the owner/operator of Tom Gobel Well Drilling, A&M Investments, and Dairy Queen Waverly. He is an FFA alumnus and a former 4-H Shooting Stars instructor. He has served as an EMT with the Amanda Township Fire Department and as a Clearcreek Township trustee since 2014.

Mark Sharp
Mark is a lifelong resident of Clearcreek Township and has served as trustee for the past 28 years. He as been employed with the U.S. Postal Service as a rural carrier for Stoutsville for 39 years. Mark also is a 4-H advisor and serves as a director on the Fairfield County Fair Board.

Carolyn Holbrook
Carolyn is the Fiscal Officer for Clearcreek Township, a role she has held for 25 years! She also has been a volunteer AEMT for Clearcreek EMS for 41 years and is a Lieutenant. A past 4H advisor for Clearcreek Showmen, she also is an owner of Holbrook Plumbing Company. She has lived in Clearcreek Township for 52 years.
